The Joint Subcommittee on Program Open Space and Agricultural Land Preservation was started by the Legislative Policy Committee in 1991. The Subcommittee oversees Program Open Space and the Agricultural Land Preservation Program, monitors their progress, and evaluates legislation affecting them.
